Ostara is the celebration of the spring equinox, with it’s origin being from Eostra, the Germanic goddess of spring. Eostra (or Eostre) known as the Spring Maiden and Horned Giddess, is said to oversee the budding of plants, fertility of Earth and the opportunity for rebirth and growth.
This pendant was hand carved in wax, cast in sterling and set with a little white topaz. It hangs from either a goldfilled and sterling, sterling, oxidized sterling or gold filled ball chain.
