Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept full priced exchanges and/ or refunds by mail within 14 days from the date of receiving the item. 

RETURNED JEWELRY NEEDS TO BE SAFELY SECURE AND PACKAGED IN the box in came in. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT loose jewelry. Please DO NOT SHIP PRODUCT IN A paper envelope. Buyer pays for shipping. 

Damage and repairs

We are happy to fix free of charge opened jump rings and/or broken wire wraps. Simply return it in a box with tracking and we will fix and return within 1 week. Buyer pays shipping. If the damage is to the chain, i.e.: broken or tangled chain that is not able to be untangled, a nominal "chain cost" will be charged. Broken clasps are $5 plus shipping to replace. 

Plating: If you would like to get your piece re-plated after the plating has worn off, please email us with inquires about cost and turnaround time. We are happy to offer you this service at a fair price, depending on size of item to be re-plated. Vermeil (gold plated silver), and gold plated brass products are a great and affordable alternative to the much more expensive solid karat gold. It is high quality and with proper care and storage it will last a good amount time. 

Caring for jewelry:

• Perfume, hairspray & other types of lotion may contain harsh chemicals that can tarnish your jewelry overtime.
• For extra care, gently wipe each piece of jewelry clean of any products and skin oils with a soft jewelry polishing cloth. The best way to retain the original luster and sheen of your jewelry is to store it in a plastic bag.
• Never use abrasive products to clean your jewelry. They can cause irreparable damage to your pieces.
• Jewelry should be removed before swimming, showering, vigorous workouts or while using harsh household cleaners. Many of these cleaners contain ammonia and chlorine bleach which can be too harsh for gold fill and gold plated jewelry.

Turn around time:

We do our best to ship within 3 business days once your payment is received and cleared. However, larger orders and custom orders may take up to 5 business days to ship. US Domestic Packages are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, and a tracking number will be sent to the email address associated with your Paypal account.
